Happy Valentine's Day!


Happy Valentine's Day!
Steve and I were able to have a nice Valentine's date on Saturday night! I was like a new woman after being cooped up in the house for four days.
Tonight Steve is cooking dinner for me and we are having crab legs. I LOVE crab legs and all seafood!
I am so thrilled to see sunshine and be back on our normal routine!

For all you singles girls, here is my advice: Wear your favorite outfit, have your favorite food and rent your favorite movie! I used to always do this on Valentine's day!

Oh Shaun and I use to cook crab legs on vday. I love them too! We need to go to Across the Creek in Garfield sometime! That would be a good SS outing. The girls look so adorable as always!

The sun is actually out in Alabama today too. Its warm and beautiful. I am SO ready for Spring and Summer. Happy Valentines.. hope y'all enjoy the crab legs! I love all seafood! Yumm!

awe we got brooklynn the same little sock monkey..so cute! i got it for 3 dollars and chad came home with a 10 dollar one. sucker!! austin always gets games since he thinks he's to old!

Just thought you'd like to know so many of my friends are making the Mississippi roast that I came up with the idea of encouraging folks to have company the first weekend of March and make the Mississippi roast. We are calling it "company's coming!" and I hope to encourage others to have company - starting with a tasty and easy menu. (I think so many young gals in my part of the world lack some confidence in having dinner company..) Thank your Aunt for this roast recipe and let her now it's going around Minnesota now! (And, anyone that reads this can host "company's coming" the first weekend in March too!)

Hi Laurie! I wanted to tell you that I made your pot roast recipe over the weekend and it was DELISH!!! My whole family loved it, and I have 2 picky eaters! Thanks for sharing something so easy & yummy!!
