Facial Anyone?

Several months ago I posted about getting a Clarisonic facial cleanser, well, I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!  I recently started using a moisterizing cleanser called Simple.  It works wonders for my face.  I am considering getting a professional facial at a dermatology office.
Have you had a good experience with this?
Was it worth the money?
I want smaller pores and some age just wiped off.  ha!

It's been about 10 years since I've had one, so they may be new methods and treatments. One thing to note...sometimes you can break out afterwards due to bringing everything to the surface. Overall I liked it, but wouldn't recommend doing right before an important event.

Do it, you'll love it! I used to work for a dermatologist that offered facials. There are so many types of facials now, helping with all types of skin "problems".

if I could afford a facial every day I would! it's so relaxing, and half the time I could fall asleep. I relax so much better with them than a massage. now I want one!!
Laurie, I sell Rodan and Fields and we have great anti aging products and at home facial tools. If you're every curious just email me. No pressure. I just like to share because it changed my skin after pregnancy hormones turned my face into sandpaper. Love reading about your precious family :)

I am getting a pumpkin chemical peel in October. My sister had a friend that had one because of sun spots and pores and said she looked amazing.

Getting a facial is my FAVORITE thing! I've never gotten one at a dermatologist's office, but I've gotten many at various spas. They are the best!! I would get one every week if I could. I need one right now with my crazy post baby hormones!
My only word of advice is be careful right after the facial because your skin will likely be sensitive to the sun and you can actually cause dark spots if you don't stay out of the sun...I'm sure that will all be in the instructions, though.
