She Did It!

Sarah Kate slept all through the night! Went to bed at 8:30 and we did not hear from her till 6:40. Tuesday night I just let her cry when she wanted to be fed. I did not pick her up, but I would pat her and give her back her pacifier. She cried for two hours straight. It made me so sad, but I think it is the key to get her to sleep. Thank you Lord for answering this prayer!

Sleep. Is. Good. I'm very happy for you. I remember that night so very well - it was like I actually woke up refreshed from sleeping.

I don't know how I'll hold out when Harper is crying but it's for everyone's good to do it at some point!

I'm so glad that SK slept! I tried that today for nap and it worked really well! We're going to try it tonight and see how it goes. I'm already sad thinking about it!

I'm so happy for you! Praise the Lord! Annie didn't sleep through the night until she was 10 or 11 months old and I had really just about given up and decided I would just die at a young age from no sleep. It's really amazing that I really can't remember the details of that now...obviously I can't even remember the exact month she started sleeping. But I know right now you are enjoying your rest!
The girls are precious. There is something about sisters that is just so sweet.
