This and That

Sarah Kate was 5 months old on Friday. Time is going by too fast!
Just before bath time.
Our church asked us if we could decorate for Christmas early this year so the church could film it for some videos during December services. I decorated our dining room and then they decided not to do the filming this year and wait till next Christmas. So, my dining room is ready for guests. I enjoyed getting everything ready!

This weekend was my best friend's baby shower. It was all really nice and I had a wonderful time seeing all the cute things. These cookies are the cutest in the world!

Me and Kelly.
Kelly and her sweet mom, Judy.
Elizabeth, John Michael, Judy (Scott's Mom) and Mary Avery.

Kelly's shower looked like it was perfect--everything was so cute!

Your dining room looks really pretty. I'm ready to have the house decorated for Christmas, I just don't want to have to get the stuff out of the attic and do it!? But I'm afraid I can't find anyone willing to do it for me (except maybe Rhett--that could be interesting!?) :)
Your dining room looks fabulous!!! Very pretty!

The shower was lovely and I'm sure Kelly appreciated all of the effort put into planning it.

Thank you Laurie for the sweet comment on my blog! I've read your blog before because of Kelly. Your girls are so adorable, and I love reading about their little personalities! I hope Sarah Kate starts sleeping through the night soon. I personally let Eli cry it out...it took about two nights and that's it. I turned on a huge box fan so I wouldn't cry too and he cried for about an hour and then he was fine. But of course, you just have to do what you are comfortable with. Hopefully she'll have so much fun over the holidays that she'll want some extra sleep during the night!!!
