First REAL Haircut

This week Emily got her first real haircut. I had cut her little mullet about a year ago. She just needed the back of it shaped up a little. I was so glad we did it. Emily's hair is fine and thin, like mine. My hair is just fizzle dust. I pray Emily's hair will get thicker. She was VERY VERY good during the haircut. I think the sucker is what did the magic.
Emily also had one of her favorite friends over to play this week. They are playing hide and seek in the closet. They thought this was so funny!

Fizzle dust? HAHAHA!!! I'm so proud of Em for doing good for her hair cut! It could have been disaster! She and her friend (Reese, isn't it?) are so cute!!!
I'm sad you won't be able to join Kelly and I on Sat. Have fun in C!

She's so cute in the chair for her hair cut! I like taking Rhett to get his hair cut--I think he looks so big in the chair, and he always carries on funny conversations with Debbie as she cuts. He constantly asks her to put more powder on his neck because he's itching and asks to play with the clippers, etc. I think Alexee is going to need a trim before long--she's approaching a mullet!

How cute that she sat still for her first haircut! We have a mullet now and I just don't know what to do. Ella will be 2 in March and has never had a haircut/trim or anything! Her hair is very short on top and the sides and long in the back, but she has tons of curls that I just don't want to cut off!
I ordered her the kitchen today like ya'll have! I'm glad I saw your pictures so I could ask you about it. Hopefully she will like it. :)

Emily looks like a big girl sitting in the beauty shop chair! When the new baby comes, Emily will really seem like a big sister! She will probably be lots of help with baby sister! So sweet!

What a big girl! You were smart to bribe her with candy--it's good the first hair cut was a good experience to set the precedence for next time. Your hair always looks cute--what is fizzle dust??
